Llibres de Cuina. Palau Robert
ephemeral
Barcelona, 2005

The exhibition sought to commemorate “The year of the book and reading”  and “The Year of Gastronomy”  in Barcelona, through a sample of cookbooks of all periods (from the medieval to the present) who have served and have nourished both the culinary and the gastronomic culture of Catalonia.

According to the exposed material, the exhibit consisted of three parts: medieval books, books between the 18th and 20th centuries, and current books.

The exhibition is divided into three rooms, where the books are exposed on different supports,  as a design resource,  to differentiate the different periods to which they belong.
