The latest Obrador in Sabadell gathers the premises of the first shops of this group of bakeries.
The Project opens the workroom of the bakery towards the front retail area, and this last space into the Street. The spaces are connected visually to allow customers to see the elaboration process, the phases, ingredients, and the traditional methods which, over time, were no longer shown.
Near the entrance, a continuous concrete counter emerges from the flooring. It provides boldness and serves as a base to place a series of wood volumes in different finishes where the products are displayed.
The display of breads behind the counter plays as the link between production and sales . A wall composed of different rotating wicker baskets, and placed over an iron artifact, is the focus of the space and is the connection between the two.
