Milan, 2015
Panino Giusto is a chain of restaurants founded in Milan in 1979. It is known for the high quality of its fresh produce and geographic proximity, and their traditional processes.
The project located in the centrally located via Turati, continues to be based on the Italian architecture and design, with a special emphasis on the Milanese design of the eighties.
The space was divided into three zones: Main dining room, central area, and the rear dining room, all delimiting with the BOH and toilets.
From the entrance the visitor is able to see the spaciousness of the place. Mirrors give spatial depth and double the number of windows that are reflected in them. This room has different seating modes: at the communal tables, on the bench, or by the window; the preparation area is located nearby.
The central part has a cozy dining area and a beverage counter. The rear dining room stands out due to the natural daylight filtering in from the courtyard.
